Rōpata Taylor | General Manager Manaaki

Rōpata has been with the Incorporation since 2002 and in the role of General Manager Manaaki Sector since 2007. Rōpata is a graduate of Otago University and has previously worked in the education sector at secondary and tertiary level. He also holds various Trustee and Director roles within the local community and Iwi.
Celia Hawea | Owners' Liaison Executive

Celia is a graduate of Waikato University where she attained a Masters degree with honours. She has extensive experience in teaching te reo Māori, from pre-schoolers through to adults and. Celia is passionate about all things Māori and the proud mother of six children and ten grandchildren. She joined Wakatū in September 2009 in the role of Owner Liaison.
